Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

You may place an order online via this website, or via eBay (?).

Personalised Paintings:

Please choose which canvas SIZE you wish to purchase,
Select the DESIGN,
Add the NAME you want as personalisation,
Finally, click on the appropriate 'Add to Cart' button to pay by PayPal(?).

Personalised Window Clings:

Insert the NAME or CHARACTERS you want as personalisation,
Then click on the corresponding 'Add to Cart' button to pay by PayPal(?).
If you are ordering more than 1 character of 'Sparkly Letters' or 'Front Door Characters' you will need to manually adjust the Quantity in 'Your Shipping Cart' to ensure you pay the correct amount (ie: If you are ordering 4 letters, you will need to change the Quantity box to 4, then click 'Update Cart'). You will still only pay one P&P charge however many characters you purchase!

I may also have several items for sale via Auction or Buy It Now on eBay, you just need to place a bid or make a purchase, as detailed here.

When will I receive my order?

As all designs are hand-painted to order I aim to post within 14 working days of cleared payment. If you do require an order sooner I may be able to come to some arrangement, depending on my current timescales. Just send me an email before placing your order.

Can any name be painted?

All the prices quoted include personalisation, and each design can be adapted to suit a number of characters, up to a maximum of 7. If you do require more just send me an email before placing your order.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes! If you have a particular design requirement then please contact me.
